CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: There is state mandated balcony construction. During this time, one of the pools is closed and will remain unavailable until the work is finished over the next few weeks. Thank you for your understanding RESORT FEE & PARKING: The Summit resort charges a one-time, mandatory fee of $27.00. This is paid directly to the resort office upon your arrival and covers your parking pass and the wristbands required to access all community amenities. HEALTH & SAFETY: The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning and sanitization process after each check-out.
