The owners closet is locked. We ask that guests do not attempt to access this closet to keep everyone safe. The balcony is for your enjoyment. Please do not leave the door open to the balcony as it puts a strain on the ac system.

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place! Everything was modern and updated and Stephanie was so proactive and kind in her communication! We have an 8 month old and he had plenty of room to crawl around on the rainy days :) the included beach service was lovely and having a heated pool with a baby was a major win! We had an absolutely wonderful time!

Stop looking and book this place! My husband and I had an amazing time and had everything we need. Stephanie’s place is spotless and right on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked down to zip-lock baggies and Tupperware. The resort has amazing pools, is very clean, and has a great restaurant and tiki bar. There is even a small store downstairs. You don’t need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Stephanie herself is very helpful and clearly takes pride in her place. It shows and we can’t wait to be back next year!

We made the right choice when booking at Stephanie’s place. We especially enjoyed the beach service and felt like it was a necessity for the beach that was already included. Walk out to the beach was very nice and secure. We used the gym every day and it was never crowded. We had a couple questions a week prior and upon check in and Stephanie was very responsive every time. Having a responsive host makes all the difference. There are about 5 restaurants within walking distance and Ubered everywhere else. If you are contemplating between an uber and rental car, we do wish we got a rental car because we went to pier park twice and a couple other locations 15-20 mins away and it’s costly to uber back and forth. Overall, we had a good experience, everything went very smooth.

Such a warm and homey place. Our first time in PCB and the week of our stay was just wonderful. The place was exactly what we needed, clean and well stocked! We truly got the rest and relaxation we were hoping for. I have beautiful pics of the sunsets from the balcony, the sound of the waves too. We also appreciated the friendly staff in the building. The location is just right to wherever we want to go. Surely much more to see and experience. Stephanie is one good host. Very responsive and accommodating.

THERE ARE NOT WORDS! No question will be back! Stephanie went above and beyond, was so kind, and my #1 concern was the bed but let me tell ya… SOOO COMFY! Great staff and atmosphere, easy location, and READY TO GO! She had everything I could need!!!! Hands down great experience!!!!
