Hi, there Come into our home and go out on our balcony and enjoy the view with an oceanfront living room. This condo is the perfect location for a family vacation! We are located on the 12th floor. Unit 1204 Great Location Just walk out on the balcony and take a breath-taking view of the ocean. Walk to lots of restaurants and bars!

NO PARTIES The deposit will be confiscated if you violate the regulations. The Summit has 27.00 paid parking onsite. Upon arrival please go to the office and pay this fee to receive parking pass and arm bands to access amenities. COVID-19 SANITIZATION Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

STOP SCROLLING! JUST BOOK IT! Absolutely adorable place! Perfect for our family of 4! Stephanie is very responsive and one of the sweetest hosts I’ve ever had through air bnb! If there was an award for host of the year it would be hers. Loved the pools and beach front with access to beach chairs and umbrella already on the beach! Loved the big chair for photo ops with the kids and we were close to everything! We felt cozy and at home at the condo and everything we could have needed was there! From appliances to items used to cook, to shampoo, conditioner and body wash, beach towels and beach toys and more. We checked in late and the kids were hungry and snacks were waiting for us and they save the day! Best time on the beach was early morning and late afternoon so relaxing. The kids also loved the pools and having lunch onsite and drinks. We had a wonderful family vacation and first time in pcb!

I would like to echo others who came before me… Stop scrolling and book!!! I’m not even kidding, this condo is everything. My friend and I just returned from an amazing three-night trip to Panama City Beach, and staying here made the whole experience even better. The condo is super cute, clean, and in the PERFECT location right on the beach. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous! The photos don’t do it justice! Stephanie, the host, is hands down the sweetest and most thoughtful I’ve ever booked with. She had everything ready for us—coffee, snacks, kitchen essentials—and even made sure we had reserved beach chairs, every day, which was such a nice touch. The resort has great amenities too. There are clean, relaxing pools, an on-site bar for drinks, and amazing restaurants just minutes away. Everything you need for a perfect beach trip is right there. This was for our anniversary and after going through so many homes we got to Stephanie’s listing!!! Just book it if it’s available and you won’t be disappointed. This is the most beautiful home with AMAZING VIEWS!!! It was so very clean and even better than the pictures!!! We didn’t want to leave. Stephanie is an amazing host and her property reflects her love and care for it!!! JUST BOOK IT ALREADY

Glad I listened to the reviews and booked Stephanie’s place! The place matches the pictures. I would say it looks better in person actually. The view was amazing! Stephanie is an excellent host! She’s very quick to respond and gives you very detailed information about everything you need to know for your stay! I will for sure book this place again if it’s available whenever visiting PCB!

If you're thinking about booking just do it! Stephanie is amazing and was very responsive to any questions I had the entire stay. The room has the perfect view. My family typically has to lug chairs and beach toys down but nope! Stephanie had it all!! Just bring yourself and your clothes and you will be set for a stay here. The condos are very peaceful also. Thank you so much for everything Stephanie!

We stayed at Stephanie’s condo for our honeymoon and it was everything we could have hoped for and then some! It was clean, easy to get in and out of, and we felt safe. The walk to the beach is just a couple steps and you’re there. The best part was the chairs and umbrellas the condo came with, it was so nice not to have to lug down chairs, umbrellas and everything else you might need. The condo is close enough to everything but far enough away that you’re not stuck in traffic and it’s not loud. We definitely can’t wait to stay here again!

This beach home was perfect in every way. It’s centrally located with the most gorgeous view of the beach. We saw dolphins and a gorgeous sunset all from the balcony. The level of hospitality was beyond reproach, we really only needed to bring our clothes. My son and I felt safe and the home was very clean. Stephanie kept us well informed from check in to check out. Convenient parking, entry and check out was simple. We definitely want to stay here when we get back!
